How long will it take to receive the product?
Delivery times for products to the US are generally within one week. Some products may take up to two weeks. Delivery times for other regions are usually one to two weeks. In cases where the order has failed or we cannot find a supplier with stock, we will accept cancellations/refunds if necessary. Shipping companies vary depending on the product. The product will be delivered by a delivery company arranged by the product's supplier.
Is it possible to return the item?
Our return policy allows customers to return products within 30 days of receiving them, as long as they meet our conditions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in certain cases. We do not accept returns for perishables, custom products, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gas, sale items, or gift cards. Customers in Japan have an 8-day cooling-off period, while customers in the European Union have a 14-day cooling-off period. Refunds will be processed, but the time it takes may vary.
